Biography

Joe Longo is committed to providing businesses and individuals with strategic legal guidance regarding real estate, business transactions, and estate matters. Taking the time to sit down with clients to understand their unique needs, he ensures clients receive practical, results-driven solutions that align with their long-term interests.

With experience in a variety of transactional matters, Joe has developed a strong foundation in contract drafting, business structuring, and deal negotiation. His Transactional Law Certificate from Emory Law, combined with hands-on experience at Lerman Law, has allowed him to assist clients in navigating complex legal landscapes with confidence. Joe has gained experience working closely with clients in day-to-day complex issues, developing informed business and asset protection plans to protect clients’ interests. He continues to develop his experience at Lerman Law, working on asset/stock purchase agreements, lease negotiations, entity formations, and estate administration matters.
